Erelias is the current Tribune of Lustana, residing in The Grass Bells, a series of glistening white towers and battlements where the Tribune and their council resides, in the capital Thenorin.

Shattering Art[]
By combining his water and lightning affinities, Erelias is able to generate and manipulate an ice-like opalescent crystalline substance that can shatter to create freezing, water/attracted icy blue/white lightning. Erelias is able to make the substance shatter at any time, but it will also shatter on impact, exploding into freezing lighting.
Although averse to fighting, Erelias is able to utilize this art with extreme skill, preferring ranged techniques where he sends crystalline explosive projectiles at his opponents.
Body Modification: Beetle Nest[]
Erelias has undergone the excruciating and dangerous nesting body modification, an outlawed traditional practice conducted on children at a young age. He is inhabited by a golden beetle, Aurus Aurata, which is a special type of energy beast native to the caves of the eastern part of the recruil mountain range. These blind insects in the wild are able to vibrate their wings in order to create a small energy field around them that helps them better detect motion; However, after the nesting ritual these insects allow the user to control motion within a localized field. The user is able to slow down and speed up both physical and energy objects that enter the affected area. The vibration of these beetles makes a low, barely noticeable droning noise.
Erelias keeps this body modification a secret, and only uses it in times of dire need. He does this to protect his image, as having an outlawed body modification would reflect extremely poorly on his career as Tribune as he has personally helped write policy against ritualistic practices performed on children.
